Using the device
The device is easy to use and requires minimal user intervention.
Any information required by the user before starting to use
The device can be supplied using the eight switches placed on the device.
The user can set the operating mode of the device by adjusting the switches in
Different positions. For each feature, a specific combination of positions
switches is necessary before you start using the device. Any comments from
the device to the user is provided with the help of green, red and yellow lamps placed
on the device.
How to program the transponder key?
- To activate the function, put switch 1, 9 and 10 to the ON position and flip all other switches to the OFF position.
- Plug in the key you want to program and turn on the ignition.
- Connect the device to the car's OBDII connector.
- Wait for the operation to complete - refer to the "User Instructions" section
- Turn off the ignition
- Disconnect the device from the OBDII connector
- If you want to program another key, please repeat the operations from step 2
How to erase all transponder keys?
- To activate the functions, set switches 1, 8, 9 and 10 to the ON position and flip all other switches to the OFF position.
- Turn on the ignition (stop engine)
- Connect the device to the car's OBDII connector
- Wait for the operation to complete - refer to the "User Instructions" section
- Turn off the ignition
- Disconnect the device from the OBDII connector
NOTICED : Switch 9 and switch 10 must always be in the ON position.
Indications:
- Fast flashing (4 Hz) in red indicates operation in progress.
- Slow flashing (1 Hz) in green indicates that the operation is completed successfully.
Error indications:
Medium asynchronous flashing (2 Hz) in red and green indicates one of the following errors:
- wrong switch selection.
- failure to extract PIN code
- failure to enter the security code into the immobilizer
- failure during programming/erasing
